【摘要】 目的研究中药黄连对牙髓卟啉单胞菌的抑菌作用。方法采用杯碟法进行抑菌实验,以氢氧化钙为对照,测定各浓度黄连水煎剂对牙髓卟啉单胞菌的抑菌环直径。结果各浓度黄连水煎剂对牙髓卟啉单胞菌均具有抑菌作用,随浓度增加,抑菌环直径增加,呈现正相关。抑菌作用强于25%氢氧化钙。结论黄连水煎剂对牙髓卟啉单胞菌有较强的抑菌作用,用于根管消毒具有较好的应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the antimicrobial effect of Coptis on Porphyromonas endodontalis.MethodsCylinder plate method was used in the bacteriostatic test in vitro and Calcium hydroxide used as control.The antimicrobial effects of aqueous extract of Coptis at different concentrations were examined by testing the diameter of inhibition ring and the value of minimal inhibitory concentrations(MIC)was determined.Results Compared with 25% Calcium hydroxide,the aqueous extract of Coptis at different concentrations had strong antimicrobial effects.With the increase of concentration,the diameter of inhibition ring increased in concentration-dependent manner.Conclusion The aqueous extract of Coptis had strong antimicrobial effect on P.e.Coptis could be used for the disinfection of root canal.更多还原
