【摘要】 分析了科技期刊编辑系统网络化的三个阶段,研究了当前期刊界网络化的落后现状,并给出了相应的对策。

【Abstract】 Analyzed the three stages of network of the scientific journals editing system,researched journal network of the current status of the backward community,then gives the corresponding countermeasures.
