【摘要】 针对当前潜艇舱底疏水泵组结构体积庞大、振动噪声强、腐蚀与泄漏严重等主要缺点,提出一种以新型大流量海水球塞泵为动力源的潜艇舱底疏水与消防一体化泵组。深入分析了新型泵组尺寸小、质量轻,高功率、大流量,低噪声、微振动等优点,并基于模块化设计理论,设计了新型泵组系统,最后详细分析了新泵组系统4个功能模块的工作原理以及各功能模块之间的协调动作过程,为潜艇疏水与消防提供了一种全新的一体化解决方案。

【Abstract】 Aimed at some of shortcomings of the current submarine drainage pump package,such as huge structure,large volume,strong vibration and noise,serious erosion and leakage,a new drainage and fire fighting pump package is developed,which uses a high flow seawater ball piston pump as power source.In this paper,its some advantages,such as small structure,light weight,powerful output,high flow,low noise and vibration,are analyzed deeply.Then a new pump unit system based on the modularization design is presented.Finally,the working principles and cooperation activities of its four functional modules are described.The pump unit is a new integrated solution for drainage and fire fighting.
