【摘要】 [目的]探讨Endobutton钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位的疗效。[方法]39例新鲜肩锁关节RockwoodⅢ型脱位患者随机分为Endobutton组18例和锁骨钩钢板固定组21例,给予相应手术,并比较两者疗效。[结果]术后根据Karlsson评定标准,Endobutton钢板组优14例,良3例,差1例,优良率为94.44%,锁骨钩钢板组优9例,良7例,差5例,优良率为76.19%。疼痛与肩关节活动度,Endobutton组优于钩钢板组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]Endobutton钢板在治疗RockwoodⅢ型肩锁关节脱位的总体疗效优于锁骨钩钢板,其术后肩关节疼痛及肩关节活动受限发生率低,有利于早期进行功能锻炼。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To explore the effect of Endobutton steel plate on acromioclavicular joint.[Method]Randomly divide RockwoodⅢdislocation patients into Endobutton group 1(18) and clavicle hook steel plate fixation group 2(21),administer corresponding operations.[Result]Under Karlsson evaluation,in group 1,14 cases were excellent,3 good,1 bad,the excellence rate was 94%;for the group 2,they were 9,7,5,76% respectively;the pain and joint movement were also better in group 1,the difference had statistical meaning.[Conclusion]Endobutton steel plate had better cure effect than clavicle hook in treating the disease,helpful to early exercise.更多还原
