【摘要】 [目的]观察香花泻心汤联合黛力新治疗伴焦虑抑郁症的功能性消化不良(FD)患者的疗效。[方法]74例伴焦虑抑郁症的FD患者随机分组分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组采取香花泻心汤联合黛力新治疗,对照组采用常规西药联合黛力新治疗,临床疗效根据症状积分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)积分变化评定。[结果]4周后各组治疗前后比较FD症状及SDS、SAS积分均明显降低(P<0.05)。症状有效率、显效率、焦虑抑郁状态改善率治疗组均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]中药香花泻心汤联合黛力新治疗伴焦虑、抑郁症的功能性消化不良疗效良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To observe the effect of XiangHua XieXin decoction with Deanxit in treating of functional dyspepsia with anxiety and depression.[Methods] There are 74 cases of functional dyspepsia patients with anxiety and depression were divided into treatment group and control group by a simple random sub-division method.The Treatment group treated with Chinese medicine and Deanxit,the control group treated with conventional western medicine with Deanxit.Symptom score based on clinical efficacy,self-rating depression scale(SDS) and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) points assessed changes.[Results] After 4 weeks,SDS,SAS and FD symptom score of both groups were significantly lower.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group.The efficiency of symptoms,symptoms of significant efficiency and improving the rate of anxiety and depression,treatment group were significantly better than the control group.[Conclusion] XiangHua XieXin decoction with Deanxit is effective for functional dyspepsia with anxiety and depression.更多还原
