【摘要】 [目的]观察健骨胶囊含药血清对体外培养新生大鼠成骨细胞增殖和分化的干预作用。[方法]三天给药法制备健骨胶囊含药血清;酶消化法由新生大鼠头盖骨体外分离和培养成骨细胞,应用MTT法测定增殖率及PNPP法测定ALP活性,来评价健骨胶囊对成骨细胞的增殖和分化的作用。[结果]健骨胶囊能提高体外成骨细胞的增殖率、提高ALP活性。[结论]健骨胶囊含药血清对成骨细胞体外增殖与分化具有刺激作用,为健骨胶囊治疗原发性骨质疏松症提供血清药理学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To study the effects of Jiangu Capsule on the proliferation and differentiation of osteoblasts of newborn rats cultured in vitro.[Methods]Pharmacological serum containing Jiangu capsule was prepared by the method of giving dose after three days.The osteoblasts were taken from the cranial bones of newborn rats by the method of enzyme digestion and then had been cultivated in vitro.Determinating proliferation rate by MTT method and determinating ALP activity by PNPP method to evaluate the effects on the proliferation and differentiation of osteoblasts.[Results]It was found that Jiangu capsule could enhance the proliferation rate and ALP activity of osteoblasts in vitro.[Conclusion]Pharmacological serum containing Jiangu capsule could stimulate the proliferation and differentiation of osteoblasts in vitro,which could be taken as the serum pharmacology experimental evidence of treating primary osteoporosis by Jiangu capsule.更多还原
