【Abstract】 The development of academic discipline must be the most important part of the 12th five-year plan of a research-oriented university.Therefore,the plan should give consideration to the following three dimensions: level of academic discipline,category of academic discipline,and the way of competing for resource.In this paper,some disadvantages of academic discipline and working procedure of planning are discussed.更多还原
