【Abstract】 The Basic-level Party Braches(BPB) of universities is the foundation of all work and achievements of our Party in universities,and it is also the backbone element to promote the reform and development of higher education.The construction of BPB of universities is of great significance in the face of the mid-long term of educational reform and development strategy.This paper analyses the main problems in developing BPB of universities nowadays,focusing closely on the development strategy of universities.Moreover,some innovative methods of building BPB and accelerating scientific development of universities are put forward from the following three aspects: ideological method,working method and management mechanism.更多还原
