【Abstract】 This article tries to research on the developmental pathes of Government-organized Industry Associations(GOIAs) by focusing on the relationship between GOIAs and government.Based on the empirical investigations,this article describes the operation of the industry associations and analyzes the game playing between governments and associations,pointing out the limitations of the two pathes instructed by the theories of civil society and corporatism,and then constructs the developmental path of industry associations from the angle of governance theory.更多还原
