【摘要】 介绍大口径机枪弹钢芯双发全自动分步装压药生产线的组成和工作原理,对由于半成品一致性和药剂流散性造成的误差进行分析,并采用特制计量板装药技术进行装药,采用双发浮动压药技术进行压药,压药压力采用全数字双闭环反馈进行控制。长期使用结果表明,该技术能提高产品的质量和各项技术指标,实现安全可靠高效的全自动化生产,可广泛应用于国内多个弹种装压药生产。更多还原

【Abstract】 The construction and working principle of two-step charging and pressing in steel-core automatic line are introduced.Analyzed the error caused by coherence and fluidity,and the system adopt special metering charging plate,double flexible pressing,and digital double closed loop feedback.The long term application confirmed that the technology can improve product’s quality and technical data,and can be extensive used in a series of bullets charging and pressing automatic line.更多还原
