RDX和HMX单晶的压痕断裂韧性
Fracture Toughness of RDX and HMX Single-crystal by Indentation
【摘要】 使用纳米压痕仪在HMX、RDX单晶表面进行压痕实验,并用不同压痕方程计算了单晶的断裂韧性。计算得到HMX晶体(010)面与RDX晶体(020)、(210)面间断裂韧性分别为0.092543、0.097387、0.10072 MPa.m1/2。结果表明,实验单晶的KIC值遵循Palmqvist系裂纹系统shetty方程,并且RDX晶体(020)(、210)面间断裂韧性的各向异性效应不明显。
【Abstract】 Nanoindentation tests were performed on the surface of HMX and RDX single-crystals.The fracture toughnesses of the single-crystals were calculated by various indentation equations.The fracture toughnesses of(010) face in HMX crystal and(210),(020) face in RDX crystal were 0.092543,0.097387,0.10072MPam1/2.The results show that the KIC values of the tested single-crystals obey palmquist crack system shetty equations.The anisotropy of(210) and(020) face in RDX crystal is unconspicuous.
