“三明治装甲”与铝合金装甲材料发展

【摘要】 "乔巴姆"装甲三明治结构虽然启发了人类对诸如复合装甲、反应装甲等先进新式装甲的设计,但因制备三明治结构工艺难度大等因素制约,装甲的发展趋势仍然是以均质装甲为主。轻质铝合金装甲在均质装甲发展史上具有里程碑意义。新世纪的轻型铝合金装甲材料在防护技术上有望超越5083、2519、7039三代铝装甲材料。

【Abstract】 Although the sandwich structure named as CHOBHAM encouraged researchers to design new advanced armors including composite armors and reactive armors,the homogeneous armors are still considered as main subjects due to the difficulties in fabricating sandwich structure.The light weight aluminum alloy armor is considered a milestone in the development history of homogeneous armors.The defensive technologies of new light aluminum alloy armor materials are hopeful to be better than that of three generations aluminum armor materials including 5083,2519 and 7039.
