【摘要】 以5个新品种多倍体萱草的幼嫩花茎分蘖的节间为外植体,成功建立了5个品种的快繁体系。结果表明:愈伤诱导最佳培养基为MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L+2.4-D0.5 mg/L;在增殖培养中,品种"健壮利兰"最佳增殖培养基为MS+6-BA 4 mg/L+NAA 0.4mg/L,增殖倍数为3.12;"浅紫荷"、"Pink Embers"最适增殖培养基为MS+6-BA 5 mg/L+NAA0.5 mg/L,增殖倍数分别为2.93、3.02;"耀辉"、"Bed of Roses"最佳增殖培养基为MS+6-BA2 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L,增殖倍数分别为3、2.87。培养基1/2MS+NAA 0.4 mg/L为"健壮利兰"与"耀辉"最适生根培养基,生根率为100%;"浅紫荷"、"Pink Embers"在1/2MS+NAA 0.5mg/L培养基中生根率达到100%;"Bed of Roses"在1/2MS+NAA 0.6 mg/L培养基中生根率也达到100%。其移栽成活率为100%。更多还原
