【摘要】 目的:评价缺血修饰性白蛋白在心力衰竭诊断中的价值。方法:研究193例心衰病人,按照NYHA分级分为四组,对照组为60例健康体检者。测定各组的缺血修饰白蛋白。结果:对照组测定值为0.8536±0.1770ABSU,第一组测定值为1.0231±0.3651ABSU(P<0.05),第二组测定值为1.2026±0.3156ABSU(P<0.01),第三组测定值为1.2792±0.4131ABSU(P<0.01),第四组测定值为1.3621±0.3568ABSU(P<0.01)。结论:缺血修饰白蛋白能应用于心衰的诊断,是心衰的有效诊断工具。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the role of ischemia modified albumin(IMA) on heart failure. Methods 193 patients of heart failure were researched,who were divided into 4 groups according to NYHA. And the control group was 60 healthy persons.
