【Abstract】 The economic development model which established after industrial revolution displays the problems of resource waste,serious carbon emissions,and the high cost of environmental pollution.Therefore,the generation of the low-carbon economic development model has its historical inevitability.The paper draws on the low carbon economy ideas of the western scholar,and points out that there are three conversions including economic theory,concept of development and economic growth model in the process of the traditional economic development mode shifting to the low carbon economic development model.The essence of low-carbon economy is the unity of economic efficiency and ecological efficiency.And it’s the final focus of ecological model of economic development.更多还原
