【摘要】 福柯认为,在西方民主政治掩盖下,权力成为压迫、强制、专制法律的手段,权力不再取决于真理,而是真理处于权力的制约之下。政治家以非常"理性"的方式,采用最迷惑人的功利主义方法和手段,以"关心个人"为借口,推行严格控制个人的政策。这种政策不仅造成社会正常矛盾性质的恶化,而且会误导民众,造成社会心态压抑和群体冲突加剧。任何社会要想走出权力控制的误区,必须落实民众的话语权、利益表达权,形成有效的利益表达机制和权力制约机制,这是减少转型时期群体冲突的必然选择。更多还原

【Abstract】 Foucault believes that,under the mask of the Western democratic policy,power has become the means of oppression,coercion and despotism;power no longer hinges on truth,rather,truth is subject to the constraints of power.Under the pretext of "care for individuals",politicians try their best to push the policy of strict controlling individuals in a very "rational" manner by the most illusive,utilitarian means.This policy will not only cause the deterioration of the nature of normal social contradictions,but also mislead the public,resulting in constrained social mentality and intensified group conflicts.If society wants to get rid of the manipulation of power control,it must implement the right of discourse and the right of articulation of interests among the public,and work out an effective mechanism of interests articulation and power restriction.This is the inevitable choice to reduce group conflicts in the "transitional period of society".更多还原
