微型色谱的信号采集系统对瓦斯的检测研究
Research on the Signal Acquisition System of Micro-Chromatographic for Methane Gas Detection
【摘要】 介绍了以ARM芯片为核心器件,研制出低噪声、高分辨率的信号采集系统。该系统的噪声RMS值少于0.2 mV,显示出良好的抑制噪声的能力,而且系统分辨率达到10-4 mV数量级。随后,利用设计的信号采集系统,并结合研制的微型色谱系统,对瓦斯气体进行了检测实验。从实验结果可以看出,在痕量分析中,设计的信号采集系统具有对微弱信号采集的能力,而且具有较高的分辨率和较低的噪声,因此,设计的系统满足对微小信号采集的要求。
【Abstract】 A low-noise high-resolution signal acquisition system based on the ARM chip was designed for micro-chromatographic systems.The noise RMS value of the system is less than 0.2 mV with a resolution of the order of 10-4 mV and indicates a good ability to suppress noise.Then,the detection experiment of the methane gas was performed through the signal acquisition designed system and combination with the development of micro-chromatographic system.From the experimental results,the designed signal acquisition system with high resolution and low noise has an ability of weak signal acquisition,therefore,the designed system meets the requirements of the small signal acquisition.
