【摘要】 目的探讨重度子痫前期病人血清促血管生成素-2(Ang-2)及其可溶性受体(sTie-2)水平变化和意义。方法选择2009年5月—2010年4月在我院产科住院分娩的重度子痫前期病人32例(重度子痫前期组),其中并发胎儿生长受限(FGR)18例。选取同期健康晚期妊娠妇女30例为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附试验测定各组孕妇血清Ang-2及sTie-2水平。结果重度子痫前期组血清Ang-2水平明显低于对照组(t=13.00,P<0.01),而两组血清sTie-2水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。并发FGR与无FGR的重度子痫前期病人血清Ang-2水平差异有统计学意义(t=3.59,P<0.01),而sTie-2水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。重度子痫前期组病人血清Ang-2水平与24 h尿蛋白总量呈负相关(r=-0.517,P<0.05),与收缩压及舒张压无相关性(P>0.05);重度子痫前期组病人血清sTie-2水平与24 h尿蛋白总量、收缩压、舒张压均无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论重度子痫前期病人血清Ang-2水平减低,并且与子痫前期病情进展有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the changes of serum angiopoietin-2(Ang-2) and sTie-2 in patients with severe preeclampsia.Methods From May 2009 to April 2010,32 women with severe pre-eclampsia(SPE group),in which,18 complicated with fatal growth restriction(FGR),delivered in the Department of Obstetrics of the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University Medical College were recruited in this study,and 30 healthy pregnant women were selected to serve as a control group.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to measure the serum concentrations of Ang-2 and sTie-2 in these women.Results The serum levels of Ang-2 in SPE group were significantly lower than that in the control group(t=13.00,P<0.01),while that of sTie-2 were not significant difference between them(P>0.05).The difference of Ang-2 levels between those with FGR and without FGR was significant(t=3.59,P<0.01),but no significant difference in terms of sTie-2(P>0.05).In SPE group,serum level of Ang-2 was negatively correlated with the 24-hour total urinary protein(TUP)(r=-0.517,P<0.05),but was not significantly correlated with systolic and diastolic blood pressure(P>0.05),and the serum level of sTie-2 was not correlated with the 24-hour TUP,systolic and diastolic blood pressure(P>0.05).Conclusion The levels of Ang-2 decline in severe pre-eclampsia,which is related with the progress of the disease.更多还原
