【摘要】 目的探讨甲型H1N1流感轻症病例临床特征及小柴胡汤加味治疗的效果。方法甲型H1N1流感轻症病人80例,随机分成两组,中医组40例,应用小柴胡汤加味治疗,每天1付分2次口服,疗程5 d;抗病毒组40例,给予奥司他韦每次75 mg、每天2次治疗,疗程5 d。观察并比较两组疗效。应用RT-PCR进行咽拭子甲型H1N1流感病毒核酸检测,并分析甲型H1N1流感轻症病例临床特征、实验室检查结果。结果两组病例平均住院时间、临床症状消失时间、咽拭子病毒核酸检测转阴时间差异无显著性(t=0.75~1.17,P>0.05)。甲型H1N1流感轻症病例临床症状以发热、咳嗽和咽痛为主,伴白细胞减少,AST、ALT、Cr增高。结论小柴胡汤加味治疗甲型H1N1流感轻症病例预后良好,疗效满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical features of mild-type influenza A H1N1,and assess the effect of Jiawei Bupleuri Decoction on this disease. Methods Eighty patients with influenza A H1N1 were equally divided into two groups: group A(Chinese-medicine group) and group B(antiviral group).The patients in group A were treated by Bupleuri Decoction Jiawei,one dose a day to be taken separately in the morning and afternoon,for five days;to those in group B were given oseltamivir,75 mg,two times a day for five days.The therapeutic effects in the two groups were observed and compared.Pharynx-swab influenza A H1N1 viral nucleic acid was detected by RT-PCR.The clinical features and laboratory results were analyzed. ResultsThe differences between the two groups were not significant in terms of average hospital stay,symptom-extinction time and negativity-returning time of pharynx-swab viral nucleic acid(P>0.05).The major manifestations of mild-type influenza A H1N1 were fever,cough,pharyngodynia,leucopenia,and increase of AST,ALT and Cr. Conclusion The efficacy of Bupleuri Decoction is satisfied in the treatment of mild-type influenza A H1N1,with a good prognosis.更多还原
