富血小板血浆促进犬软组织损伤修复组织病理学观察

【摘要】 目的观察富血小板血浆(PRP)应用于犬软组织创面后的组织病理学改变,探讨其促进软组织修复的作用。方法杂种犬4只,随机选择每只犬的一侧后腿的大腿内侧分别制作2个直径为4 cm×3 cm椭圆形创面,创面深及皮下筋膜层。随机选择1个椭圆形创面为实验创面,以PRP凝胶覆盖创面,对照组创面任其渗血在创面凝固,两组均用3M愈肤膜覆盖损伤处。分别于术后7、14、21及28 d通过组织学观察对比两侧创面愈合情况。结果实验创面愈合较快,表皮细胞分化较成熟,表现出较强的增生现象,胶原纤维排列整齐;对照创面新生表皮较薄,胶原纤维排列紊乱。至术后第28天,实验创面形成比较成熟的皮肤组织,而对照创面可见到较多瘢痕组织。结论 PRP能加快犬软组织损伤的愈合,并能减少瘢痕。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of platelet-rich plasma(PRP) on promoting the soft tissue wound healing in dogs.Methods Two oval-shaped wounds(4 cm×3 cm) deep to subcutaneous fascia were made in the inner side of each hind thigh of the four dogs.An oval-shape wound surface was randomly selected as the experiment wound and covered with PRP gel,while the wound of the control was left it to be blood oozing and coagulated on the surface.All the wounds in both groups were covered with 3M medical skin membrane.A histopathological observation was done at 7,14,21 and 28 days after surgery,the wound healing was compared between the two groups.Results The wound healing was faster,the differentiation of epidermal cells were more matured,showing stronger hyperplasia and lining up in order of collagen fibers in experiment group;in control group,de novo epidermis was thinner and collagen fibers malaligned.At 28 days after surgery,in the experiment,more mature skin tissue on the wound surface was observed,and in the control,more scar tissue was noticed.Conclusion PRP can speed up the wound healing of soft tissue and reduce the scar formation in dogs.
