【摘要】 通过对康庄磷化厂生产线钢结构工房3#厂房副跨改造难点进行分析,在与原有钢柱的连接问题上采用一小牛腿与原钢柱等强度焊接,再用高强度螺栓把牛腿与钢梁连接;在屋面彩板的搭接及防水问题采用将固定支架上部的彩板割开,然后将要搭接的彩板和原来的彩板在支架上部处内搭接,再在接口处用密封条封闭的方案;在柱距为16m处的柱间及屋面板衔接问题上采用矩管平面桁架。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper the reconstructed difficulty about the steel structure 3# workshop of phosphorus’ product line is analyzed,A cattle leg is welded with the inhered steel columniation in equivalent intensity in the joint question,and then joined them using high strength bolt;the top plank of immobile bracket is exscinded in the question of plank joined and waterproof,joined the plank to be joined and quondam and then sealed the juncture;the plane joist composed of rectangled pipe is used in the question of linking up columniation that there is 16m one from the other and plank.更多还原
