【摘要】 运用核心竞争力的有关理论,从理论上揭示了体育产业核心竞争力的内涵与构成要素。通过文献研究、专家访谈等方法,对湖南省体育产业的现状进行分析,认为目前尚未形成一种较好的核心竞争力,主要是因为:产业集群发展失衡;缺少全局性的产业发展战略;产业政策扶持与引导不力;产业相关管理制度缺失严重;缺乏产业创新的有效激励机制。在此基础上,初步探讨了湖南省体育产业核心竞争力的培育对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper reveals the content and elements of the core competence of sports industry by applying the theory of core competence.By the application of literature research,expert interview and other methods,the paper analyzes the current situation of the core competence of sports industry in Hunan,and thinks that sports industry in Hunan has not established a good core competence yet,the primary cause includes: imbalance in the development of industrial clusters;lack of overall industrial development strategy;scarcity of policy to support and guide industry development;short of relevant industrial management systems;lack of effective incentive mechanism for industry innovation.On this basis,the paper discusses some cultivation countermeasures of the core competence of sports industry in Hunan.更多还原
