前置反硝化生物滤池菌群功能恢复研究
On the functional recovery of microbial community in pre-denitrification aerated filter
【摘要】 在一定的反冲洗模式和强度下,用各功能菌群的生物活性、生物量及二者的乘积考察了反硝化生物滤池和曝气生物滤池菌群功能的恢复。结果表明,反洗后初期曝气生物滤池(CN池)滤料上异养菌活性较低,总降解能力降低了约20%,而后迅速增加,约50 min恢复到最佳状态;亚硝化细菌生物活性变化与之相反;反硝化生物滤池(DN池)亚硝酸与硝酸还原菌生物活性曲线变化趋势相同,且反洗后前者生物活性略大于后者。CN和DN池生物膜量由滤料底部到顶部呈现由大到小的变化,在试验期内随时间延长稳步增长。CN池中反洗后80 min各功能菌生物量和生物活性较适宜,功能恢复到最佳,DN池中还原菌生物活性在反洗后120 min接近最大值,功能恢复还需要较长的时间。
【Abstract】 The present paper has its aim to report our investigation and experiments with the biological activities and the functional recovery of the microbial community in denitrification filter(DN)and the aerated filter after the continuous running for four months in a fullscale upflow process in a Bio-Filtering Plant located in Dalan,China. The purpose of this study can be said dubious:(1)to evaluate the nitrification and decarbonization change after backwashing,and(2) to determine when the biological activity of nitrate and heterotrophic bacteria were resumed and restored totally.We have also studied the activity recovery at the medium in denitrification biofilter(DN)and the biological aerated filter(CN),in terms of the biological activity, biomass,and the product of the both under a mode and backwashing strength.The results of our investigation demonstrate that the activity of heterotrophic bacteria was lower and decreased by 20% of the total degradation ability in the early stage after backwashing.Then it would increase soon until getting to the optimal state about 50min.However, the biological activities of the nitrate bacteria prove to display a contrary tendency,that is,first increase and then decrease.In addition, the activity of heterotrophic bacteria tends always to be higher than that of nitrate bacteria all the while.In addition,it has also been found that the changing curve of the activities of nitrite-reducing bacteria and the nitrate-reducing bacteria tend to be the same with the former being slightly larger than the later.In the testing process,the biomass of DN and CN from the bottom to the lop of medium turned to be from big to small with a steady change with the time going on. That is,the optimal stale of the microbial communities in CN was expected to arrive after the backwashing of 80 min,whereas that of the microbial communities in DN was expected to arrive at its maximum only after the backwashing of 120 min.That is to say,it would take longer time for its activity recovery.
