磁性涂层碳纤维在吸波材料领域的应用
The Application of Carbon Fibers with Magnetic Coatings as Microwave Absorption Materials
【摘要】 通过电沉积技术在碳纤维表面制备了四氧化三铁磁性涂层。测试结果表明:通过电沉积法制备的磁性涂层均匀致密;磁性纤维具有优异的吸波性能,理论计算结果显示,当匹配厚度大于1.7 mm时,其最大损耗均低于-20 dB。这种磁性纤维有望实现复合材料的结构增强和吸波功能一体化。
【Abstract】 Electrodeposition technique was employed to fabricate Fe3O4 coated carbon fibers.The results showed that the Fe3O4 films prepared by electrodeposition were uniform and compact.The theoretical calculation revealed that the as-prepared magnetic fibers had excellent microwave absorption properties.When the matching thicknesses were larger than 1.7 mm,the minimum reflection loss were lower than-20 dB.The magnetic fiber is a promising material which may realize the integration of structural strength and functionality of composites.
