南岭天蚕种卵保护温度与孵化率的研究

【摘要】 采用不同的保护温度,研究南岭天蚕种卵在不同温度条件下的孵卵与孵化。结果表明:不同保护温度、孵化温度下的孵化率略有差异;孵卵时间与孵化历期长短,与种卵保护温度无相关性,孵卵和孵化期间的温度低,孵卵和孵化期的时间长,反之则短。同时可确定南岭天蚕卵的有效积温,不但高于柞蚕卵的有效积温,同时也高于长白山天蚕卵的有效积温。种卵在-15~-10℃条件下保护,对饲养效果无不良影响。

【Abstract】 Used different protection temperatures,the incubated eggs and hatchability under different temperatures of Nanling giant silkworm eggs were studied.The results showed that the hatchability had a little difference under different protection temperatures and incubation temperatures.The incubation time and hatching stage had no correlation with protection temperatures of eggs.With low temperature during incubation and hatching,the time of incubation and hatching was long,and conversely,that was shorter.The effective accumulated temperature of Nanling giant silkworm eggs could be determined at the same time,which was not only higher than that of oak silkworm eggs,but also higher than that of Changbaishan giant silkworm eggs.That the giant silkworm eggs protected under-15~-10 ℃,had no adverse effects on feeding.
