【Abstract】 According to the misusage and confusion of metabolism rate,intensity in biological textbooks and teaching,the paper pointed out and advocated that metabolism rate,such as photosynthetic rate,respiratory rate,which was defined as the decrement of reactant or the gain of product within unit time.Metabolism intensity,such as photosynthetic intensity,respiratory intensity,which was defined as the metabolism rate per unit biomass,namely,specific metabolism rate.更多还原
