【摘要】 目的探讨骨蚀宁胶囊口服配合髓芯减压植骨术治疗非创伤性股骨头缺血性坏死的临床疗效。方法对42例非创伤性股骨头坏死的患者(50髋)行口服骨蚀宁胶囊联合髓芯减压植骨术治疗,随访18～48个月,对治疗前后髋关节功能及X线片表现采用《95丹东成人股骨头缺血性坏死疗效评价标准》评分。结果 FicatⅠ～Ⅲ期患髋的髋关节临床功能及X线片评分均较术前显著提高(P<0.05)。结论骨蚀宁胶囊配合髓芯减压植骨术可明显改善股骨头缺血性坏死患者髋关节功能,促进股骨头新骨的生成,防止股骨头塌陷。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study clinical effects of Gushining Capsules,a traditional Chinese medicine,combined with core decompression bone graft operation in treatment of non-traumatic avascular necrosis of femoral head(ANFH).Methods Forty-two patients with non-traumatic ANFH(50diseased hips)were treated with Gushining Capsules combined with core decompression bone graft operation.The patients were followed up for 18to 48months.Before and after the treatment,the hip joint functions and X-ray manifestations were evaluated by 95Dandong Evaluation Criterion of Therapeutic Effects of ANFH in Adults.Results Compared with those before the treatment,the scores of hip joint functions and X-ray manifestations of diseased hips during Ficat phase-Ⅰ,-Ⅱ,and-Ⅲwere significantly increased after the treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Gushining Capsules combined with core decompression bone graft operation can significantly improve hip joint functions,promote the osteogenesis of femoral head,and prevent the collapse of diseased femoral head.更多还原
