【摘要】 目的观察健脾消积汤联合化疗对晚期大肠癌患者生活质量及免疫功能的影响。方法将60例患者随机分成治疗组30例与对照组30例,两组患者均采用相同的FOLFOX4方案化疗,治疗组加用健脾消积汤治疗。观察其近期疗效、体质量、生活质量及免疫功能变化。结果两组总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(40.0%vs36.7%,P>0.05)。治疗组治疗后体质量和Karnofsky评分较治疗前显著增加(P<0.05),对照组治疗前后体质量和Karnofsky评分无显著性变化(P>0.05)。治疗组生活质量改善显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗后治疗组白细胞分化抗原3阳性(cluster of differentiation 3 positive,CD3+)细胞、白细胞分化抗原4阳性(cluster of differentiation 4 positive,CD4+)细胞比例明显升高(P<0.01);对照组治疗后CD3+、CD4+细胞较治疗前虽有所升高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组腹泻发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健脾消积汤联合化疗治疗晚期大肠癌可改善免疫功能,减轻不良反应,提高生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of Jianpi Xiaoji Decoction,a traditional Chinese medicine for invigorating spleen-qi and removing food retention,combined with chemotherapy on quality of life(QOL) and immune function in patients with advanced colorectal cancer.Methods A total of 60 patients were averagely randomized into treatment group and control group.Patients in the two groups were treated with the same FOLFOX4 chemotherapy regimen;additionally,patients in the treatment group were treated with Jianpi Xiaoji Decoction.The short-term efficacy,body mass,QOL,and immune function were observed and compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the total response rates between the two groups(40.0% vs 36.7%,P>0.05).Compared with those before treatment,the body mass and Karnorfsky scores were significantly increased in the treatment group(P<0.05),while they showed no significant changes in the control group(P>0.05).QOL was significantly improved in the treatment group compared with the control group(P<0.05).Compared with those before treatment,the proportions of cluster of differentiation 3 positive(CD3+),and cluster of differentiation 4 positive(CD4+) T lymphocyte subsets were significantly increased in the treatment group after treatment(P<0.01);while the proportions of CD3+ and CD4+ T lymphocyte subsets showed an increasing tendency with no significant difference(P>0.05).The incidence of diarrea in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi xiaoji Decoction combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer can improve the immune function,reduce adverse reactions,and improve QOL.更多还原
