【摘要】 目的探讨误诊为急性阑尾炎的原因和防范措施。方法总结回顾分析该院2000年3月～2010年11月收治508例入院诊断为急性阑尾炎而施行手术治疗的临床资料。结果发现21例误诊为急性阑尾炎,误诊率为4.13%。结论误诊原因是多方面的,病史采集不全面,查体不准确,临床思维局限,对特殊群体(小儿、妇女、老年人)医学综合知识认识不足是造成误诊的根本原因。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To explore the reason and precaution for misdiagnosis of acute appendicitis.Method Respectively analyzing 508 cases of appendectomy in our hospital from March 2000 to November 2010.Result Discovered that 21 cases of which were in misdiagnosis,the misdiagnostic rate was 4.13%.Conclusion The basic misdiagnosis reason were lack of medical records,physical examinations,clinical thought limitation and cognition for the special groups,including young child,woman and old people.更多还原
