【摘要】 目的探讨后腹腔镜上半肾输尿管切除术治疗成人重复肾的方法和疗效。方法回顾分析2008年2月~2010年6月应用后腹腔镜上半肾输尿管切除术治疗12例成人重复肾患者的临床资料。男3例,女9例。年龄18~42岁,平均26岁。观察手术时间、术中出血量、术后早期恢复情况、术中术后并发症、随访下位肾功能及手术疗效。结果 12例手术均成功,手术时间85~175 min,平均125 min,术中出血量20~45 ml,平均30 ml,术后肠道功能恢复时间为5~12 h,平均8.9 h,术后住院天数4~8d,平均5.6 d,术中及术后末见明显并发症。术后随访4~32个月,平均12个月,下位肾功能良好。结论后腹腔镜上半肾输尿管切除术是一种安全有效、创伤小、出血少、恢复快的微创治疗方法,值得临床推荐。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To evaluate the technical feasibility and clinical efficacy of retroperitoneoscopic heminephroureterectomy for the treatment of adult patients with duplex kidney.Methods From February 2008 to June 2010,retroperitoneoscopic heminephroureterectomy was performed on 12 patients(3 males and 9 females).Of the procedures,4 cases were on the right side and 8 on the left.Mean age at surgery was 26 years(range,18 to 42).The operating time,blood loss volume,intraoperative and postoperative complications and the operative efficacy were observed.Results All operations were performed successfully without conversion to open surgery.Mean operation time was 125 min(range,85 to 175).The mean blood loss was 30ml(range,20 to 45) and the mean time of recovery of enterokinesia was 8.9h(range,5 to12).The mean hospital stay after operation was 5.6 days(range,4 to 8).No complications occurred during and after operation.The function of the lower pole was well in all patients at a mean follow-up of 12 months.Conclusion Retroperitoneoscopic heminephroureterectomy has the benefits of mini-invasion,less blood loss,quicker recovery and safety for adults with duplex kidney.It is worth being highly-recommended in clinic.更多还原
