【摘要】 目的探讨急性脑梗死患者血清高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)浓度的变化与其病情及预后的关系。方法对66例脑血栓形成患者(脑血栓形成组)、23例腔隙性脑梗死患者(腔梗组)和36名健康体检者(对照组)血清hs-CRP含量进行测定,计算其异常率并进行比较。并对发病后症状与体征发展变化进行评定,将脑梗死患者分为进展性卒中与完全性卒中两组,分析其血清hs-CRP。按脑卒中患者临床神经功能缺损程度评分(NDS)标准对患者进行评分。结果脑血栓形成组hs-CRP含量及异常率高于腔梗组,腔梗组hs-CRP含量及异常率高于对照组;脑血栓形成组中,进展组hs-CRP含量及异常率高于完全组;脑梗死预后不良组hs-CRP的异常率72.22%,明显高于好转组的42.25%。结论测定血清hs-CRP含量可用于对急性脑梗死患者的病情及预后进行评估。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To investigate the serum level of high-sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in patients with acute cerebral infarction and its effect on the severity of disease and prognosis of brain infarction.Methods 89 patients(66 with cerebral thrombosis and 23 with lacuna infarct)and 36 healthy persons as control were enrolled in this study.The serum level and abnormal rate of hs-CRP were determined.The patients were divided into progressive stroke and complete stroke through the symptoms and signs of cerebral thrombosis progress evaluation.The serum level was analyzed.All the patients were scored by clinic neurological function deficit scale(NDS).Results The serum level of hs-CRP in the patients with cerebral thrombosis was higher than that patients with lacuna infarct.It was also higher in the patients with lacuna infarct than in normal control.As for The serum level and abnormal rate of hs-CRP the progressive group was significantly higher than that in the complete group.The abnormal rate of hs-CRP was 72.22% in the patients with bad prognosis,and was higher than that of the patients with sound prognosis(42.25%).Conclusions The serum hs-CRP level measured of acute cerebral infarction is associated with severity of disease and may predict prognosis.更多还原
