【摘要】 目的从临床的角度探讨血清Her-2/neu胞外域部分(ECD)与肿瘤组织Her-2/neu表达之间的相关性及与临床特征的关系。方法初治胃癌患者46例进入研究,术前收集血清,采用ELISA方法检测Her-2/neu ECD水平,术后采用免疫组化方法对组织标本进行Her-2/neu表达的检测;同时获取15例正常人、22例胃良性病变患者血清为对照。结果胃癌患者中,7/46(15%)血清Her-2/neu ECD水平高于正常,组织Her-2/neu表达阳性者中38%血清Her-2/neu阳性,而组织表达阴性者中仅6%血清Her-2/neu ECD阳性,二者有相关性(P<0.05)。血清Her-2/neu ECD水平与年龄,性别,T分期,淋巴结转移,术后病理分期及肿瘤分化程度均无相关性(P>0.05);组织Her-2/neu表达与年龄,性别,T分期,术后病理分期及肿瘤分化程度均无相关性(P>0.05),但与有无转移淋巴结有相关性(P<0.05)。结论胃癌患者血清Her-2/neu ECD与肿瘤组织Her-2/neu表达有一致性,前者可以作为后者的补充检测方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To figure out the correlation between the expression of serum Her-2/neu ECD and the expression of Her-2/neu in tissues,and their relation with some clinical features respectively.Methods A total of 83 were included in the study including 15 normal control,22 benign gastric disease patients and 46 primary gastric cancer.The Level of serum Her-2/neu ECD was detected with the method of ELISA.The Her-2/neu overexpression of primary tumor of gastric cancer was measured by the IHC.Results We observed elevated serum Her-2/neu ECD levels in 7/46(15%) preoperative patients.In 38% of the patients with tumor expression serum Her-2/neu ECD levels were increased.In contrast,only 6% of the patients without expression in the primary tumor presented with elevated serum levels(P<0.05).There was no relation between the expression level of serum Her-2/neu ECD and the factors including age,gender,T stage,lymph node metastasis,pathological stage,and the differentiation of the tumor(P>0.05).The expression level of Her-2/neu in tissue didn’t correlate with the factors of age,gender,T stage,pathological stage,and the differentiation of the tumor(P>0.05),but it was related to whether it had lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with gastric cancer,the expression of serum Her-2/neu ECD correlates with the expression of Her-2/neu in tissues,and for patients with Her-2/neu positive in tissue,the possibility of positive expression of serum Her-2/neu ECD is higHer.Serum Her-2/neu ECD can be used as the supplement of Her-2/neu in tissue.更多还原
