【摘要】 目的观察脑梗死急性期患者血清中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)含量的变化,并探讨其临床意义。方法采用双抗体夹心ELISA法连续测定57例脑梗死患者血清VEGF,对照组选年龄、性别相匹配体检者,入院后1 d、28 d用NH ISS分别评价脑梗死组1和组2。结果脑梗死患者急性期VEGF含量各时间点均高于健康对照组(P<0.01),最高值发生在第七天后渐下降,入院后1 d、28 d脑梗死组1和组2 NH ISS评分分别为(11.0±3.4)、(4.2±1.8)分,(10.4±2.8)、(2.8±2.1)分。结论脑梗死急性期血清VEGF含量高,入院后28 d NH ISS评分低于脑梗死急性期,且血清VEGF含量低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To observe the change of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in the serum of patients with acute cerebral infarction,and to discuss the clinical significance.Methods Double immune body ELISA was used determine serum VEGF in 57 cases of acate cerdbral infarction,NHISS was used to evaluate cerebral infarction in group 1 and group 2 at 1 d and 28 d in the control group.Results For acute cerebral infarction patient VEGF content at various time was higher than that in the healthy control group(P<0.01),the peak appeared at the seventh day and then decreesed gradually.NHISS scores of cerebral infarction group 1 and group 2 at 1 d and 28 d were(11.0±3.4),(4.2±1.8),(10.4±2.8) and(2.6±2.1),respectively.Conclusion VEGF content of acute cerebral infarction at acute stage is higher,NHISS score at 28 d was lower than VEGF content of acute cerebral infarction.更多还原
