TGF与中耳胆脂瘤相关性的Meta分析
Meta-analysis of the relevance between TGF and middle ear cholesteatoma in China
【摘要】 目的对转化生长因子(transforming growth factor,TGF)与中耳胆脂瘤相关性研究的国内文献进行Meta分析,探讨TGF与中耳胆脂瘤发病的相关性。方法检索中国学术期刊全文数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方及维普数据库,收集1989~2009年国内公开发表论文,且为TGF在中耳胆脂瘤中表达及意义的独立病例对照研究,并对文献进行一致性检验,以病例组及对照组比值比(OR值)为效应指标,然后使用Meta分析软件RevMan4.2对各研究原始数据进行统计处理,计算合并OR值及95%CI,同时给出Meta分析森林图和倒漏斗图。结果最终进入系统评价的文献共有8篇病例对照研究,其中中耳胆脂瘤患者212例,对照组患者84例,Meta分析结果合并OR为5.18,95%CI为[2.88,9.32],对分析结果采用敏感性分析表明结果稳定性好。结论对目前相关研究结果的Meta分析显示,TGF高表达与中耳胆脂瘤存在正相关,可能在中耳胆脂瘤的发生、增殖及凋亡中起重要作用,这对于中耳胆脂瘤的病因、治疗和预防具有重要参考意义。
【Abstract】 Aim To explore the relevance between TGF and middle ear cholesteatoma via a meta-analysis on the literatures reported in China.Methods Documents published in China from 1989 to 2009 were retrieved through CNKI,CBM,WanFang and VIP databases on case-control studies associated with the expression and significance of TGF in middle ear cholesteatoma.Taking into account the possibilities of heterogeneity of the studies,a statistical test for heterogeneity was performed and make the indexes of odds ratio effect.The pooled odds ratio and 95%CI were used to evaluate the risks of the expression of TGF in middle ear cholesteatoma.The Meta-analysis was applied with RevMan 4.2 software,and the forest plot and funnel plot of Meta-analysis were worked out.Results 8 of the case-control studies were selected for this Meta-analysis,including 212 middle ear cholesteatoma cases and 84 controls.The pooled odds ratio was 5.18,and the 95%CI was[2.88,9.32],the sensitivity analysis shows that the results was stable.Conclusion It is shown from this literature study that TGF high expression and middle ear cholesteatoma is positively correlated and it may play an important role in the occurrence,proliferation and apoptosis of middle ear cholesteatoma,and it is feasible for pathogen,treatment and precaution.
