【摘要】 目的观察Twinblock矫治器对安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类错畸形的矫治效果。方法该文对10例以夏颌后缩为主安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类错畸形患者(年龄10岁左右且处于生长发育高峰前期),应用Twinblock矫治器进行矫治。结果患者侧貌改善明显,X线头影测量显示SNB角增加,ANB、SNB角减小,统计学处理有显著性意义。结论 Twinblock矫治器对安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类错畸形具有疗效显著,制作简便,高效等优点,值得在临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To investigate the effectiveness of twinblock appliance in the treatment of class Ⅱ malocclusion.Method Ten Class Ⅱ patients(average aged ten years old and at the pre-pubertal stage) with mandible retrusion were treated by twinblock appliances.Results The lateral profile were greatly improved.SNB increased and ANB,SNB decreased,which showed siginficiant differences by statistical analysis.Conclusion Twinblock appliances are siginficiant in treating Class Ⅱ patients,which is a simple and effective way deserved to be spread.更多还原
