【摘要】 目的探讨金属大头髋的优点。方法对12例患者采用金属大头髋置换术,根据随访结果对大头髋的优点进行分析。结果本组患者术后1周开始扶拐行走,4周去拐行走,髋关节活动良好,HARRIS评分平均92分(85~98分)。结论金属大头髋可显著降低假体关节面的磨损率,增加关节稳定性,减少脱位风险,从而较好地改善术后假体长期生存率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the merit of metal-on-metal total hip arthroplasty with large diameter heads.Methods 12 hips were analyzed included 5 cases of osteonecrosis(on),5 cases of fresh femoral neck fracture(Garden 4),2 cases of olden femoral neck fracture(Garden 4).All patients were males.According to the results of follow-up visits,doing analysis of the merit of metal-on-metal total hip arthroplasty with large diameter heads.Results one week after surgery,patients could walk with the help of walking stick.Four weeks after surgery,patients could normally walk.The average range of motion of the the hip improved remarkable.According to the Harris evaluation: the average score was 92(85~98).Conclusion Metal-on-metal total hip arthroplasty with large diameter heads has advantages of lower wearing,fewer dislocation,higher joint stability,accordingly improve prosthesis long-term life time.更多还原
