数字化塑形钛网个体化修补颅骨缺损12例临床分析

【摘要】 目的总结应用数字化塑形钛网个体化修补颅骨缺损的临床体会,探讨此技术在颅骨修补术中的价值。方法采用数字化塑形技术将钛网制成个体化颅骨修复体,进行颅骨修补手术12例,观察颅骨修复后塑形效果,分析塑形工作量、手术时间、术后患者对塑形的满意度及术后并发症。结果应用数字化塑形钛网个体化修补颅骨缺损,缩短了手术时间,减少了术后并发症,头颅外形对称,患者均对塑形满意。结论数字化塑形钛网个体化修补颅骨缺损方便,快捷,塑形满意,减轻了医师的工作强度,可有效减少术后并发症,提高修复效果,具有推广及应用价值。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical value of digital shaping individual Titanium Mesh for cranioplasty.Methods 12 cases were collected which were treated with Titanium mesh for cranioplasty.The foolwing aspects were analyzed:operative time,postoperation appearances and incidence of complications.Results The cases with digital shaping individual Titanium mesh for cranioplasty had shorter operative time,higher approving scale on shaping and lower incidence of complications after operation.Conclusion The quality of digital shaping individual Titanium mesh for cranioplasty is obviously better than traditional Titanium mesh noplasty.This method facilitates the cranioplasty,reduciong the potential complications,and thereby improving the patient outcome.
