【摘要】 目的探讨运用手法复位,健侧对比经皮锁定钢版(LCP)内固定(改良MIPO技术)治疗四肢复杂骨折的临床可行性。方法回顾分析运用改良MIPO技术结合LCP内固定治疗的12例四肢复杂骨折,对其进行分析评定。结果患者骨折临床愈合平均为8.5周,骨性愈合平均为16.1周,无切口感染、骨不连接、骨髓炎、内固定物松动断裂发生。结论手法复位,健侧对比经皮LCP内固定(改良MIPO技术)治疗四肢复杂骨折手术损伤小,出血少,术后恢复较快,具有临床可行性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical feasibility of the treatment of complex limb fractures using manipulative reduction,healthy side comparison and percutaneous fixation with LCP(improved MIPO technique).Methods To review 12 cases of complex limb fracture patients who had been treated in our hospital using improved MIPO technique and internal fixation with LCP from March 2009 to June 2010,and these cases have been analyzed and assessed.Results All patients were followed up whose clinical union in an average of 8.5 weeks,bony union in an average of 16.1 weeks,no wound infection,nonunion,osteomyelitis,implants loosening or breakage occurred.Conclusion When the complex limb fracture is treated using manipulative reduction,healthy side comparison and percutaneous internal fixation with LCP(improved MIPO technique).The operation wound is small.The bleeding is little.The patients recover fast after operation and having the clinical feasibility.更多还原
