【摘要】 目的:探讨小儿肠息肉内镜下高频电凝、电切的手术配合。方法:对148例肠息肉患儿在内镜下行高频电凝、电切术,采取针对性护理配合进行经验总结。结果:148例患儿均经内镜治疗成功,全组病例在治疗过程中无出血、穿孔等并发症发生。结论:内镜下行小儿肠息肉切除简便易行、安全可靠等优点,完善的术前准备、密切地沟通交流、娴熟专业的术中配合、术后并发症的观察是获得治疗成功的保证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: to study assistant how to match with the treatment of resecting the large intestine polyp for pediatric patients by endoscopes.Methods: high frequency electrocisions were performed in 148 patients of colonic polyp and the experience corresponding nursing and cooperation was summarized.Result: the colonic polyp was resected successfully by endoscopes in all the patients,There hadn’t complications such as hemorrhage and perforation.Conclusion: Endoscopic polyp resection is a safe and effective method,careful preoperative nursing preparation,professional skill and observation of complication can ensure the success of the treatment.更多还原
