【摘要】 目的:探讨高压氧治疗重型颅脑损伤意识改善的机制。方法:回顾性总结本科收治重型颅脑损伤且进行高压氧治疗的患者61例,以同期同等病情未行高压氧治疗的病例34例为对照组,观察意识的改变。结果:高压氧治疗组患者意识水平改善明显,总有效率明显高于未行高压氧治疗组。结论:高压氧能从多方面因素改善神经系统的功能,促进颅脑组织的修复,改善意识水平,降低病残率,提高患者康复水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore hyperbaric oxygen treatment on severe craniocerebral injury improving consciousness of patients.Methods: Retrospective analysis of the consciousness change between 61 cases of severe head injury patients treated with hyperbaric oxygen therapy and 34 cases without treatment with hyperbaric oxygen therapy.The cases were selected in our department.Results: Hyperbaric oxygen therapy improved Patients’ consciousness levels,i.e,the total effective rate in treatment group is significantly higher than that of control group.Conclusion:Hyperbaric oxygen can improve the function of nervous system in many ways,including promoting the cerebral tissue repairing,improving the levels of consciousness,reducing the rate of disability and improving patients’ rehabilitation levels.更多还原
