【摘要】 目的:探讨外科手术治疗主动脉夹层的围手术期临床观察重点和护理体会。方法:34例De BakeyⅠ型主动脉夹层患者围手术期采取严密的监护措施。结果:34例患者均康复出院,临床症状消失,恢复正常生活,无任何并发症发生。结论:De BakeyⅠ型主动脉夹层手术治疗效果满意,早期诊断和及时恰当的治疗、围手术期严密监护和精心护理是降低病死率的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the surgical treatment of aortic dissection Peri-operative Clinical observation and nursing experience.Methods: the 34cases of De Bakey Ⅰ type A aortic dissection in patients with surgical treatment,of which 7routine Bentall procedure,ascending aorta replacement in 26cases of aortic arch replacement surgery flap surgery trunk surgery,a routine ascending aorta replacement surgery,23 cases Bentall surgery trunk full arch replacement surgery,a routine aortic valve replacement surgery the main dynamic valve replacement,summed up the 34cases of aortic dissection Wai operative clinical observation and care.Results: One of the 34patients,the remaining follow-up of 4~28 months,are alive,clinical symptoms disappeared and resume a normal life.Conclusion: De BakeyⅠtype A aortic dissection surgery results were satisfactory,early diagnosis and timely and appropriate treatment,peri-operative period of close observation and meticulous care is the key to lowering mortality.更多还原
