【摘要】 目的:探讨胫骨平台骨折合并交叉韧带损伤一期手术治疗的效果。方法:对28例胫骨平台骨折患者,于麻醉后或内固定后行膝关节稳定试验,呈阳性者在内固定术同时行膝关节探查及交叉韧带修补术。结果:28例术中抽屉试验均为阳性,与探查结果完全符合。术后经7~28个月随访,采用Rasmussen膝关节功能评分法评估疗效,优15例,良9例,可4例,差0例。优良率85.7%。结论:对有内固定手术指征的胫骨平台骨折,术前,术中抽屉试验均为阳性,术中应一期修复损伤的交叉韧带,避免漏诊。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objection: To investigate the clinical effect of surgical treatment for tibial plateau fracture with cruciate ligament injury.Methods: A total of 28 cases of tibial plateau fracture with cruciate ligament injury,which had been treated operatively in our department,were carried out knee joint stability test after anesthesia or internal fixation,the positive cases were given exploration of knee joint and repair of cruciate ligament in the mean time of internal fixation.Results: Drawer test of 28 cases were positive,which fitted exploration result completely.The follow-up lasted 7months to 28 months.The result were excellent in-cases,good in-,fair in-,and poor in-.Excellent rate and good rate were-by Rasmussen knee function scoring systems.Conclusion: To those with tibial plateau fracture with internal fixation operation,cruciate ligament injury should be inspected to avoid missingdiagnosis.更多还原
