【摘要】 目的:探讨改良腋下小切口与常规开胸胸部肿瘤切除术的疗效。方法:52例选择性胸部肿瘤患者应用改良腋下小切口开胸术治疗(改良组),同期68例常规胸切口(对照组),观察两组手术效果。结果:两组均顺利完成手术治疗,改良组术中出血量明显少于常规组,术后住院时间缩短,肩关节活动受限及肺功能影响均减小。结论:腋下小切口胸部肿瘤切除术患者创伤小、并发症少、术后恢复快等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effect of improved subaxillary mini-thoractomy with conventional open thoracic tumor resection.Methods: Selected 52 cases thoracic tumor applicated subaxillary mini-thoractomy to open-chest technology(improved group),conventional open thoracic of 68 patients in the same time as control group,and observed two groups of operation effect.Results: Both groups had completed surgical treatment successfully.Bleeding,postoperative hospitalization time,shoulder restricted movement and lung function effects in improved group obviously were less than those in conventional group.Conclusion:Subaxillary mini-thoractomy in thoracic tumor patients have smaller trauma,fewer complications,and postoperative recovery.更多还原
