优化高校资源配置 提高资产使用效益
On the Optimization of Resource Allocation in Universities and Colleges for the Enhance of Assets Utilization Efficiency
【摘要】 高校优化资源配置,提高固定资产使用效益,就要建立大型设备共享机制,优化资产管理体系,完善资产管理制度,充分利用信息技术,强化资产购置环节的管理。
【Abstract】 For the optimization of resource allocation in Universities and Colleges for the enhance of assets utilization efficiency,it is needed to establish the sharing mechanism of large-size equipment,improve the assts management systems,make full us of information technology,and strengthen the management of assets purchase.
