苦杏仁油转化生物柴油及其理化性质分析

【摘要】 [目的]研究苦杏仁油转化生物柴油的性质,分析其优势,为扩展生物柴油产业的油料树种资源提供依据。[方法]采用酯交换法将苦杏仁油转化为生物柴油,运用气象色谱法测定转化率,将转化的生物柴油的性质与其他植物油转化的生物柴油相比较。[结果]苦杏仁油转化的生物柴油主要指标物达到我国0#车用柴油的质量标准,具有点火性能好、安全性能高、腐蚀性小、稳定性强等优点。[结论]作为生物柴油的原料,苦杏仁油具有优质的品质。

【Abstract】 [Objective] The aim was to study the physicochemical properties and advantages of biodiesel from almond oil,so as to provide references for extending the oil plant resources for biodiesel industry.[Method] Method of ester change was adopted to convert bitter almond oil into biodiesel,and meteorological chromatography was used to determine the conversion rate.The properties of converted biodiesel were compared with those of biodiesel from other plants.[Result] Main indexes of the biodiesel from bitter almond oil had reached the standards of 0# petroleum diesel in China.It had good ignition and security performance,little erosion and high stability.[Conchusion] As a raw material for bio diesel,bitter almond oil had high quality.
