音乐声频对植物生长素的影响

【摘要】 [目的]研究音乐声频对番茄等6种蔬菜内吲哚乙酸(IAA)含量的影响。[方法]试验设置音乐处理组和正常对照组,对番茄等6种蔬菜栽培进行统一管理,定期对相关生长指标进行测定,并同时采集样品,利用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定吲哚乙酸的含量。[结果]音乐声频处理对番茄等6种蔬菜内部IAA含量有显著的促进作用,声频处理后的6种蔬菜IAA含量都显著优于对照组。[结论]音乐声频能起到促进植物分泌IAA的作用。

【Abstract】 [Objective] The aim was to study the effects of music acoustic frequency on the contents of indoleacetic acid(IAA) in 6 kinds of vegetables.[Method] Music acoustic frequency group and control group were designed to determine the related growth indicators of unified managed 6 kinds of vegetables regularly.The contents of indoleacetic acid were detected by the High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC).[Result] The music acoustic frequency had significant increased the contents of indoleacetic acid in 6 kinds of vegetables,which were significantly higher than that in the control.[Conclusion] The music acoustic frequency could promote the IAA secretion by plants.
