米老排人工林木材机械加工性能研究

【摘要】 以米老排人工林为研究对象,以红锥为对照试材,参照美国材料试验标准(ASTM D1666-87)和新西兰林业科学研究院标准,分别对其机械加工性能(刨切、砂光、钻孔、成型铣削、榫眼加工、横截)进行了全面测试。结果表明:米老排和红锥在刨切、砂光、成型、钻孔、横截5个单项的机械加工性能上均表现为优,在榫眼加工单项表现稍差,为良;米老排的综合机械加工性能全面超过红锥。在满分50分的机械加工性能综合评价体系中,米老排的得分为46.4分,红锥得分为44.4分。

【Abstract】 In this paper,the machining properties(including planing,sanding,boring,shaping,mortising and crosscutting) of Mytilaria laosensis,compared with Castanopsis hystrix were tested.Their properties were conducted according to the criteria ASTM D1666-87 and the methods established by New Zealand Forest Research Institute.The results showed as follow: the machining properties of Mytilaria laosensis and Castanopsis hystrix in the planing,sanding,boring,shaping and crosscutting showed excellent,but the mortising properties which was a bit poor show good.The properties of Mytilaria laosensis were in an all-round way better than Castanopsis hystrix.In the machining performance comprehensive evaluation system for full marks 50 points,its comprehensive marks were separately 46.4 points and 44.4 points.
