利用钾长石热分解制钾硅复合肥研究
Study on the Preparation of Silicon-K Fertilizer by Using Thermal Decomposition of K-feldspar
【摘要】 [目的]研究热分解钾长石制取钾硅复合肥。[方法]采用焙烧试验,研究物料配比、焙烧温度、焙烧时间和添加剂硫酸钠对钾长石分解率的影响。[结果]钾长石-硫酸钙-碳酸钙体系最易发生的反应配比为钾长石:硫酸钙:碳酸钙=1:1:14,添加剂硫酸钠3%,温度1050℃,焙烧2h。[结论]利用钾长石生产含钾硅复合肥在技术上是可行的。
【Abstract】 [Objective]The aim was to study the preparation of Silicon-K fertilizer by using Silicon-K fertilizer.[Method]With calcination methods,the effects of material ratio,calcination temperature,reaction time and addition level of Na2SO4 on the potassium recovery of K-feldspar were systemically studied.[Result]The results show that the optimum reaction conditions were determined as follows K-feldspar:CaSO4:CaCO3 = 1:1:14,3% NaSO4,1 050 ℃,2.0 h.[Conclusion]This study showed the feasible to manufacture Silicon-K fertilizer by calcining k-feldspar.
