方便面包装物中5种邻苯二甲酸酯的测定
Determination of Five Phthalates in Instant Noodles Packaging
【摘要】 [目的]测定方便面包装物中5种邻苯二甲酸酯的含量。[方法]采用溶剂溶解方便面包装物,滴加甲醇使杂质沉淀,以正己烷-异丙醇为流动相,采用反相高效液相色谱-UV检测技术对常用于增塑剂的5种邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物(PAEs)[邻苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMP)、邻苯二甲酸二乙酯(DEP)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)、邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯(DEHP)]进行了定量分析。[结果]该方法的最低检测限为0.01mg/L,相对标准偏差为1.51%~2.47%,回收率为85.6%~105.3%。[结论]方便面包装物中的邻苯二甲酸酯在一定条件下有溶出现象。
【Abstract】 [Method]With Instant noodles packaging dissolved by solvent,the impurity precipitated by methanol.The filtrated diluted by hexane-isopropanol,and determined by HPLC-UV.The filtrated containing five phthalate acid esters(PAEs) [dimethyl phthalate(DMP),diethyl phthalate(DEP),di-n-butyl phthalate(DBP),dioctyl phthalate(DOP),di(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate(DEHP) ].[Result]The detection limit was 0.01 mg/L with relative standard deviation was 1.51%-2.47%.The recoveries of the five compositions was 85.6% 105.3%.[Conclusion]The phthalates in the packaging of instant noodles had dissolution phenomena under certain condition.
