青海温室辣椒疫病生防菌应用技术研究

【摘要】 [目的]探讨2种温室辣椒疫病生防菌和有机肥在青海省温室辣椒上的组合施用技术。[方法]采用L4(23)正交试验设计,在青海省乐都县温室辣椒基地研究2种辣椒疫病生防菌和有机肥组合使用对辣椒疫病的防治效果以及对辣椒产量的影响。[结果]各因素对辣椒疫病相对防效影响的大小顺序为生防放线菌A5>生防细菌B2>有机肥,对辣椒产量影响大小的顺序为有机肥>生防放线菌A5>生防细菌B2。[结论]综合辣椒疫病的防效和产量效益,确定出可在当地辣椒生产中推广的生防菌应用技术方法为放线菌A545kg/hm2,细菌B215kg/hm2,有机肥900kg/hm2,此时辣椒疫病的田间防效可达到76.31%,产量达到35573kg/hm2,可新增产值13029元/hm2,投产比为1:7.9。

【Abstract】 [Objective]The paper was to explore the combined application technique of organic fertilizer and two biocontrol agents against pepper blight in greenhouse pepper in Qinghai Province.[Method]By L4(23) orthogonal design,the effects of combined application of two biocontrol agents against pepper blight and organic fertilizer on control effects against pepper blight and the yield of pepper were studied in greenhouse pepper base in Ledu County of Qinghai Province.[Result]The effects of various factors affecting the relative control efficacy against pepper blight in sequence were biocontrol actinomycetes A5 > bacteria B2 > organic fertilizer,the effects on pepper yield in sequence were organic Fertilizer > actinomycetes A5 > bacteria B2.[Conclusion]Combined with control efficacy of pepper blight and yield benefit,the application technique of biocontrol agents promoted in local pepper production could be confirmed as follows:actinomycetes A5 45 kg/hm2,bacteria B2 15 kg/hm2,organic fertilizer 900 kg/hm2;the field control efficacy this moment could reach 76.31%,the yield could reach 35 573 kg/hm2,and the newly increased output value could be 13 029 yuan/hm2 with input and output ratio of 1:7.9.
